You will be required to contact us for a license/configuration file to activate your software. In order to generate a license, we must have all of the information below. Make sure to install the software first before contacting us.

We cannot generate a fixed license without the information below:

• Please indicate if you need a Demo or Permanent license.
• Provide an Order Id or Purchase Order Number for permanent license requests.
• Name and Contact Information
• Product Name
• Software Version
• Host Id for PC Products
• Serial Number pocketPC Only
• Server Code for Unix Products

We cannot generate a floating license without the information below:

• Provide an Order Id or Purchase Order Number
• Name and contact information
• Product Name
• Software Version
• Floating License Server Host Id
• Number of Licenses
• Name or IP address of server

Licenses are issued Monday through Friday 8:30AM to 5:30PM EST. All licenses activity is performed via email only. To request a license, send an email including the required information listed above to eltlic@overwatch.com.

Most licenses are issued same business day. Licenses are issued in the order they are received.
